At Harpeth Square Apartments, we believe that pets are part of the family, and we welcome them with open arms. We understand that your furry companions are not just animals, but important members of your life and that’s why we offer pet-friendly apartments that cater to their needs. Our apartments are designed to ensure that your pets feel as comfortable and happy as you do. We do have certain breed and animal restrictions in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our residents and their pets, so please check with us for further details.

Breed Restrictions: Aggressive breeds not allowed
Pet Interviews: Pet interviews are preferred before moving in. To schedule and interview, please contact us.
Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
Maximum of 70lbs per pet
Pet Fee of $400 per pet is non-refundable. Additionally, there is $40 per pet per month.

On-Site Dog Park

If you’ve been searching for pet-friendly apartments in downtown Franklin, look no further! Not only do we accept most pets, they were top of mind when building our community. Our on-site dog park is located on the North West corner of the building – right next to The Coffee House. It includes a fenced in area with astro turf and a pet waste station.

While the pet-friendly apartments at Harpeth Square are located only blocks from a few different dog-friendly parks, having an on-site dog park makes things extremely convenient for you and your family. To submit an application, set up a pet interview, or to learn more, contact us.
